Can I explain the problem in English?
Yes. Our team speaks English. You can visit the workshop or message us on WhatsApp with your device model and a description of the problem.
How long does a repair take?
Most standard repairs, including many screen replacements, are ready in under 2 hours. Timing depends on the fault and parts availability. More complex repairs can take 3–7 working days. We will confirm the expected time after checking your device.
Do I need an appointment?
You can visit without an appointment. If you are only in Barcelona for a short time, contact us first with your model so we can check parts availability and the likely repair time.
How much does a repair or diagnosis cost?
The repair price depends on the device and the fault. Diagnosis costs €29 for phones and tablets, or €59 for laptops. This amount is deducted from the final repair quote if you go ahead. We confirm the price before starting the repair.
What warranty comes with the repair?
Repairs come with a 12-month warranty on the work and parts used. Battery replacements have a 6-month warranty. If a problem related to the repair arises, contact our team so we can check it.
Can you collect my phone in Barcelona?
Yes. We offer collection and delivery at your home or office in Barcelona. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange the service and confirm availability, timing and any collection cost.
Do you also repair laptops and tablets?
Yes. We repair Windows laptops, MacBooks, iPads and Android tablets, as well as game consoles. Tell us the model and the fault, and we will explain the next steps in English.
